With the Andes as the backdrop and close to the borders of Bolivia and Chile, the Salta region of Argentina is less accessible than better known wine regions in the country. Since 2005, Winemaker Thibaut Delmotte has crafted wines of international distinction for Bodega Colome while staying true to his French origins. The Altura Maxima Malbec is a true expression of those efforts.

Intense red color with purple hues. Elegant and complex, with ripe black fruit and spicy notes complemented by delicate and integrated notes from its oak aging. A fruity, concentrated and balanced wine with marked acidity, round tannins and great body.
