Garnet with deep plum undertones. Subtle floral notes of violet, rose petals and dark fruits. On the palate flavors of blueberry, licorice, and black olives framed with a dense and generous mouthfeel followed by a lengthy spicy finish. 

Aromas of white peach, candied citrus with notes of lime, honeysuckle and fresh hazelnut, giving way to subtle hints of tangerine and lemon.

Voluptuous aromatics of pastry with hints of mocha and toasted bread and candied citrus fruits, caramelized ginger and quince paste. On the palate, it is full-bodied and generous with flavors of honey and sweet spices.

Golden colour with amber glints. Aomas of dried fruits, candied ginger, leather, cocoa and cool spices. Gentle acidity balanced with a velvety texture.

Rosé Sauvage boasts an indulgent, fruity and intense profile. An aromatic explosion of blood orange, wild strawberries, black cherries and blackberry jam, followed by fragrances of licorice and smoked notes.

Fresh, elegant, and harmonious with aromas of pear, white peach, citrus and orange blossom. with notes of toasted bread, almonds and mint balanced with lively acidity on the palate.

Notes of tangerine, lychee and verbena alternate with hints of syrupy elderberry, of sweet almonds. The nose is generous, heralding a vintage with exceptional potential. On the palate the velvety texture unfurls to offer minerality and the exuberant vitality of dark fruits and of citrus is followed by the vibrancy, smoky notes and aromas of star anise and violets.
