The grapes sourced for Colore were selected from our three best vineyards in Lamole, Vincigliata, and Siena. The most significant
difference between Testamatta and Colore is the age of the vines that supply the fruit: fruit from the very oldest vines in three of our
vineyards goes into Colore, many of which are around 80 years old with some as old as 130 years.
