Voluptuous aromatics of pastry with hints of mocha and toasted bread and candied citrus fruits, caramelized ginger and quince paste. On the palate, it is full-bodied and generous with flavors of honey and sweet spices.

The color is citrine yellow gold. Aromas of citrus and dried fruits such as hazelnuts, almonds and figs. A tiny touch of iodine accentuates the subtle salinity with a finish on white peppers, smoked tea and a fine touch of cocoa. On the palate notes of meringue, tea, lime, kumquat with hints of pineapple and candied ginger.

Deep red with garnet highlights. Aromas of very ripe red fruits, blackcurrant and licorice. The palate is lush and dense with a long and lingering finish.

Elegant, voluptuous nose with a touch of freshly baked brioche, rich toasted notes and sun-drenched fruits-mango, apricot and Mirabelle plum- accented by dried fruits, pistachio and almond.

Golden color, with mineral and floral aromas of honeysuckle and lily. The palate is well-balanced with a subtle spices and notes of honey.

Pale gold with aniseed-colored highlights. The nose is delicate with notes of bergamot and flint stone. Very fresh on the palate with a delicate balance between the acidic tension and the natural full body of the varietal and its ageing. The finish is savory, bringing out the rustic and mineral overtones.

Intense golden color, with hints of green. Aromas of toffee, ripe lemon, acacia and hawthorn. The palate is well-rounded and full bodied, with toasty notes of spice on the long finish.

Soft golden color. Aromas of citrus, tangerine, apricot peaches and honey. On the palate a creamy mousse balanced with accents of saline and smoke.

The radiant color is reminiscent of rose quartz with gentle hints of blue. The aromas are balanced florals and fruit with cherry blossom, lychee, turmeric, ginger, and white pepper. On the palate it is generous and expansive showing a balance between warm spices such as paprika, Espelette, turmeric and a cooling, minerality.

An elegant nose of freshly baked brioche, rich toasted notes and sun-drenched fruits - mango, apricot and Mirabelle plum - accented by dried fruits, pistachio and almond.
