Notes of tangerine, lychee and verbena alternate with hints of syrupy elderberry, of sweet almonds. The nose is generous, heralding a vintage with exceptional potential. On the palate the velvety texture unfurls to offer minerality and the exuberant vitality of dark fruits and of citrus is followed by the vibrancy, smoky notes and aromas of star anise and violets.
This series of Sangiovese Crus showcases the winery’s individually identified 19 different soil types and five principal soil substrates. The set includes one bottle of 2015 Colledilà, 2015 Roncicone and 2015 CeniPrimo.
Voluptuous aromatics of pastry with hints of mocha and toasted bread and candied citrus fruits, caramelized ginger and quince paste. On the palate, it is full-bodied and generous with flavors of honey and sweet spices.
