Voluptuous aromatics of pastry with hints of mocha and toasted bread and candied citrus fruits, caramelized ginger and quince paste. On the palate, it is full-bodied and generous with flavors of honey and sweet spices.
The color is citrine yellow gold. Aromas of citrus and dried fruits such as hazelnuts, almonds and figs. A tiny touch of iodine accentuates the subtle salinity with a finish on white peppers, smoked tea and a fine touch of cocoa.
