Vineyard: The Oso Vineyard - Planted on slopes rising up from Swartz Creek, nestled between Sugarloaf and Howell Mountain in Napa Valley. The vines grow out of porous soil through which runs gravelly streaks. The high drainage stresses the vines, leading to high flavor concentration.
Vinitfication: Our Oso Musqué Sauvignon Blanc is the first to be harvested from the vineyard. After the fruit has been de-steamed and crushed, it goes through 100% cold tank fermentation to get its beautiful floral notes. The 2014 vintage is full of candied citris peels, honeyed papaya and jasmine flowers.
Varietal: 98% Sauvignon Musqué, 2% Muscat Canelli
