Bursting with red fruits like raspberry and currants, the aromas are highlighted by hints of violet and vanilla. On the palate flavors of hibiscus, and marionberry with undertones of earthiness, portobello mushroom, peppery spice, and oak.
The color is citrine yellow gold. Aromas of citrus and dried fruits such as hazelnuts, almonds and figs. A tiny touch of iodine accentuates the subtle salinity with a finish on white peppers, smoked tea and a fine touch of cocoa.
