Voluptuous aromatics of pastry with hints of mocha and toasted bread and candied citrus fruits, caramelized ginger and quince paste. On the palate, it is full-bodied and generous with flavors of honey and sweet spices.
Golden colour with amber glints. Aomas of dried fruits, candied ginger, leather, cocoa and cool spices. Gentle acidity balanced with a velvety texture.
Vibrant aromas of crisp green apple, honeydew melon, hibiscus, and lavender with notes of lychee, blood-orange, cardamom, and cinnamon. Beautifully balanced acidity and minerality, with vivacious tropical fruits and candied ginger on the palate.
Intense aromas of deep plum and elegant notes of warm spices with hints of wild berries. Harvest in 2015, when the estate completed its fourth centenary.
Bright ruby red color with violet hints. Aromas of plum and cherry with notes of black pepper and violet. On the palate it is soft and fresh with a crisp finish.
