Q: I can't remember my log-in information?
A: Your login is the email address you entered when you registered on our site. If you cannot remember your password, please click "Have you forgotten your password?" on the log-in page. We will email to you a link where you can create a new password. Please make sure to use the entire internet address of that link - even if your email program wraps the text and cuts the link in two.

Q: How do I update my contact information?
You can update your account information by logging into the My Account section, then clicking "Update Account," "Shipping Addresses," or "Billing Information."

Q: Why can't you ship to more states?

Q: I received a Credit card error in the shopping cart - what do I do?
A: Generally these errors are related to one of three problems: - One or more fields was left blank in the Billing Information screen?- One or more fields contained invalid data in the Billing Information screen? (for example, an incorrect expiration date, or transposed digits in the card number or address)?- The billing name and/or address you provided don't match the information associated with the credit card entered If you feel you have entered all your card information correctly, you may want to try another credit card for your purchase - then contact the issuer of the first card to report the problem you experienced.

Q: Why is an adult signature required for delivery?
Legally, wine can only be delivered when someone 21 or older is present to sign for the delivery. Signees do not need to be the person whose name is on the package, but they may have to show proof of age. If this is not possible at a customer's home, we are happy to address your shipment(s) to a work address or to a neighbor who is home during normal delivery hours.
